County, Texas and the City of Chico, Texas for Fire
Protection and First Responder Services.
5. Consider and act on Authorizing City Attorney to draft e-
verify Resolution.
6. Consider and act on request for permanent transfer of
funds.
7. Consider and act on recommendation from Park Board.
a. Purchase of bathroom door at the Park
b. Request the use of the Park and Square for Easter Egg
Hunt on April 3, 2010.

c. Fire – Consider and act on any and all matters relating to
Fire Department.

e. Chief Investment Officer
f. Code Enforcement Officer

10. Enter into Executive Session-
11. Executive Session pursuant to the Article § 551.071 of the
Texas Government Code, Texas Open Meetings Act, to
Consult with legal counsel regarding items within the
attorney-client privilege: specifically, items related to an
administrative penalty sought to be imposed by the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality.
12. Return to Open Meeting.
13. Discussion and possible action on items discussed in
executive session.
14. Pay bills.
15. Adjourn Meeting.
