3. Approve minutes of Regular Meeting held on October 7,
2008.
4. Consider and act, if necessary, on request to amend water
and sewer bill for ATB Investments.
5. Consider and act, if necessary, on presentation by Susan
Cast for Aflac Insurance.
6. Consider and act on painting cake walk at the intersection
of Jacksboro Street and Weatherford Street.
7. Consider and act, if necessary, on contract between the
Chico Public Library, Inc. and City of Chico.
8. Consider and act on pay estimate & change order relating
to Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction contact with
Howard Construction, Inc
9. Consider and act on a settlement agreement with Hanson
Aggregates.
10. Consider and act on setting First Public Hearing on
Annexing all property located within the existing public right
of way known as Park Road from its intersection with Tabor
Lane on the west city limits of the City of Chico west 1,226.75
feet more or less to the east right of way of F. M. Highway
No. 2952.
11. Consider and act on recommendations from the Chico
Parks Board.
a. Consider and act on accepting verbal resignation of
Gary Sampson.
b. Consider and act on accepting Kelly Laney as new Park
Board Member.
12. Consider and act on SCADA System for the Sewer Plant
and Lift Station.
13. Consider and act on adopting Resolution joining
coalitions of Cities in opposition to the Upper Trinity
Ground Water District on certain proposed regulations.
14. Consider and act on allowing the City square to be used
for Angel Garden.
15. Consider and act on setting date for Special City Council
Meeting
16. Consider and act, take action if necessary, on Utility
Billing Policy.
